Gayle Defries of Nexa Law has provided an exceptional service, really going over and above throughout the whole journey of selling our house and buying two separate new ones, managing to complete on all transactions simultaneously, against all the odds, and in a timely fashion.
She is infinitely patient and has taken time to ensure we were clear about everything, including future implications. Furthermore, she speaks in plain English, which is very refreshing, and has been easy to contact, often answering calls directly or responding to messages or emails within the hour (in stark contrast to my previous experiences with other conveyancing solicitors!). Gayle's been very thorough in protecting our interests when concerns have arisen.

Professional and driven

Very professional and thorough!!
Gayle did the conveyancing work on my house purchase and was incredibly clear and helpful on what was going on and gave great instruction on what I was required of myself. She was very thorough and found issues that others wouldn't have which helped with the purchase. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Amazing support
Gayle gave us amazing support in our house sale/ purchase. All information was given in a friendly, professional manner, which was very easily understandable. I cannot recommend Gayle highly enough and she has also worked with friends who say exactly the same about her supportive approach to what can be very stressful translations in life.

Gayle Deffrise is ace
Gotta say that Gayle Deffrise, has been fantastic as our solicitor. With having a deadline associated with stamp duty changes she went beyond the call of duty answering calls/ working outside of normal jours to get it over the line when we thought all was lost. Can't recommend her enough. We are well chuffed!!
