Sara was so accommodating with my request for a personal guarantee for a buy to let mortgage. I got a quick response to my initial enquiry and she was able to see me the next week. Sara's review and explanation of the personal guarantee paperwork was very thorough with her review, and made all the legal jargon plain and simple to understand. Would thoroughly recommend her for anyone requiring PG or conveyancing works.

I was so terrified of my stamp duty situation whilst buying my new property. I thought i had to pay the additional cost for SDLT and it took my by surprise. Once i spoke to Sara about my situation i was relieved to know, that it didnt apply to me and i only needed to pay the regular Stamp fee.
