I recently required legal advice on a section 21 notice that I had served on a tenant . The tenant submitted a defence and I need urgent help from a solicitor who knew the law regarding a section 21 possession notice. I was so glad I found Barker Booth & Eastwoods in Blackpool .The service I received from Tim, Jack and Joe Seymour not only met but exceeded my expectations. The legal guidance is currant and trustworthy. Its a real comfort knowing I had access to such comprehensive and professional service . A fixed fee was agreed from the very first meeting which is such a reassurance when costs are involved and gave me peace of mind it was excellent value for the service I received .
