We had the support of Elle Wright-Wall by accident when the original solicitor dropped out at short notice, but now I have no hesitation in ask for her. She has supported my son on three occasions now, he has additional needs and struggles with anxiety and understanding. On each interview we have attended Elle has been really understanding and taken time to ensure my son has a good understanding of everything being asked. She has a real empathy with my son and has helped him stay calm and focused. Her advice and knowledge is brilliant and without her expertise I think we might have been in a very different position.
