I cannot thank Bhatia Best Solicitors enough, particularly Scott Laing and Stacey Mole, for the outstanding service they provided. From the outset they dealt with my case promptly, professionally and with genuine care. Communication was exceptional throughout. I was kept fully informed at every stage, emails were answered quickly, and everything was explained clearly and patiently, which was especially important to me as a vulnerable client with significant anxiety. Scott's work on my case was thorough, well prepared and resulted in a significant outcome, with the PPCS agreeing to refer my case back to the Board for a fresh review. I always felt that my concerns had been listened to and presented properly. Stacey was outstanding. She was approachable, compassionate and exceptionally efficient, ensuring I always knew what was happening and taking the time to explain matters in a way that reduced unnecessary worry. Unfortunately, I was unable to continue one aspect of my legal challenge because the Legal Aid Agency required a capital contribution that I simply could not afford. That was entirely outside Bhatia Best's control and in no way reflects on the quality of their work or commitment. I would not hesitate to recommend Bhatia Best to anyone seeking professional, knowledgeable and compassionate legal representation. They treated me with dignity and respect throughout, and for that I remain extremely grateful.

Simply awful, missed appointments, promises made not followed through on, and at every stage i had to chaser them to get them to do even basic work. Really, use someone else. They were unprofessional and actively harmful to my case.

After contacting numerous solicitor firms in search of urgent family law advice, Bhatia Best stood out from the very first conversation. Prior to contacting them, I had approached several highly regarded firms, including one I had been a loyal client of for years. Despite previously paying for initial advice, I was left feeling that my concerns hadn’t been properly addressed and struggled to find a firm willing to listen to the complexity of my situation, and was advised I needed no further advice though I did and was left to address the matter alone. Having many Solicitors in the past, who soon become less attentive to my needs, after securing their legal aid funding, and certainly not working in my best interests. I was amazed to discover this firm, and fully delighted with the results and efforts, Mr Neil O'sullivan; he acted up and beyond my expectations, he has excellent communication skills, with both myself and conveying my case to the CPS and the court, furnishing both with clarity on the circumstances orbiting the fact.
