Their involvement provided structure and direction at a time when there were a number of legal and practical matters that needed to be worked through carefully. What I particularly appreciated was their patience and their ability to remain focused on the facts. Advice was always clear and balanced, with the legal position explained properly along with the different options available, including the advantages, disadvantages and possible consequences of each course of action. Rachel, as the legal representative dealing with the matter, was professional, responsive and very good at keeping the administration moving forward.
