100% professional, caring & helpful from day 1 to the end. Urgently needed help with EHCP after long battle trying to help our daughter, Emma & Beverley took all the pressure off, listened, acted & were positive & achieved the outcome we long awaited. After an extremely difficult time navigating the SEN system , I recieved the required outcome with the support of Beverley Watkins. As others have said in their reviews Beverley is very experienced in the education field and fights for what is right for her clients. Without Beverley's support I wouldn't be starting the placement of my choice nor would I be receiving the required level of support and education ..Thank you so much for the support from Beverley and her amazing team.

Through a very difficult process Emma and Beverley have been absolutely fantastic. They have helped advise, support and helped reduce the monumental stress of the EHCP. Their knowledge and expertise, working with the LA really helped us get the very best EHCP we could have hoped for. Avoid at all costs
Worst solicitor firm you put a lot of trust in these people when they defend you AVOID! For you own sake. the stress my partner has faced due to never being able to get in touch with her solicitor and left abandoned through so many hard situations is unrepairable.

The mind boggling EHCP working document and a twin tribunal

You work very had with individual cases. Albeit ! specially with a tribunal consists of twins. You are hard, kind, compassionate and clearly you know your work and your role. You never give things up easily. You never gave false hope. You have secured my children's future. We salute you with happiness and Joy. You have always supported us throughout this process. Again I am speechless. How you handle the tribunal. You are hard, kind and precise. My children will feel and know what you have done and how you both have changed there lives. The whole tribunal was with military precision. Not even a tribunal Judge will notice these things. I remain speechless. You have changed our children's lives.

The complete package
Our experience of Watkins solicitors was simply excellent. The advice we were given prior to the hearing was superb, and we were able to action all of their suggestions in good time.
Emma was diligent in her research, and would always reply to our questions whilst putting us at ease.
Come the day of the hearing, Beverley was exactly the right person to have representing us. She was strong, confident and absolutely focussed on what was important. Her knowledge of this part of law was unquestionable. In summary, should we have to seek legal representation again, Watkins will be our first and only port of call.

Excellent advice and representation
I faced a rather existential scenario, including what I considered false accusations alongside an attempt to keep my kids from staying with me. Watkins gave me excellent advice about my options, their recommendations proved consistently accurate, and the outcome was a good one. The bill was significant but you can't put a price on this stuff.

Watkins delivered on EHCP when the County Council and CAMHS failed
If your child has a crisis with school you are thrown into a world of acronyms (CAMHS, SEND, EHCP, etc) and discover the hard way that your local authority and CAMHS are complex organisations which can be intimidating and hard to navigate. After trying to 'do the right thing' and follow the process, we had been bounced in/out of CAMHS, had an EHCP declined, our child was not at school and we felt that we had failed as parents with nowhere left to go.
We found Emma and Beverley at Watkins who are experts in this area, grasped our situation immediately and within hours were communicating with the authorities on our behalf. We now have the support in place to help our child. It's all about getting the result for your child, and Watkins delivered that for us. Thank you.

Outstanding support
Beverly Watkins successfully handled my case, which involved child arrangements in difficult circumstances, that lasted several years in and out of court. I could not praise her and her team more highly.
Not only did she deliver excellent support, guidance and legal expertise throughout, I felt she went above and beyond, demonstrating a level of compassion and tenacity that made me feel protected during what was the most vulnerable period in my life.
