Jennie has been incredible through the whole process of buying a property. She made is easy to understand and was always available for any queries or concerns we had during this process. I cant rate our experience with Hattens enough and would definitely recommend to anyone that needs help with buying or selling a property. Should we be going through this process again, we would definitely use their services again.

In 2024 Jennie Jackman handled the sale of my home very efficiently with no stress or problems. Just before Christmas 25 I needed a document I had lost relating to this house sale, to allow me to complete a separate business transaction before the Christmas break. Jennie sorted this for me and at no time was I made to feel that it was a problem I had created, even though it was!! Jennie emailed me the following day to enquire if all went well, even though she had no involvement with this other transaction. This is what service should be like.

An absolute amazing solicitor firm. We were welcomed really well. Everything was first class, both myself and my husband were always treated with respect. There was great communication between both parties at all times. Jennie and Justine were always there for us as and when needed. Their response was very quick and efficient. They both understood our complex situation and always managed to keep proactive and understanding. Without a doubt the best team at Hattons with highly intelligent individual who demonstrate great levels of legal knowledge. We were made to feel like we mattered and that any matters that occurred it was dealt with in a timely manner with a friendly attitude. I had the pleasure of speaking to Jennie a few times on the phone as well as meeting her face to face at the office. She is an absolute amazing person with a warm and friendly approach.
