    Excellent communication and proactive throughout

Our solicitor took over our sale and purchase part way through, which was no easy task given the complexities around the sale of our new-build property, including a deed of variation and covenant issues. She was fantastic at getting everything back on track and seeing it through to completion. What we appreciated most about Gina was how proactive she was throughout. We were kept updated at every stage and always felt like we knew what was happening without having to chase for updates. She made what was a very very stressful process that had dragged on for a year feel much more manageable, and we’re really grateful for her approach. Thanks Gina!

    Thank You!!

What felt like a journey and a half has finally reached completion, and we couldn't be more grateful to Gina for all of her hard work throughout the sale of our property. Gina was fantastic from start to finish. The process was far from straightforward at times, and communication from the buyer's side was not always the easiest, but Gina remained persistent, proactive, and professional throughout. She consistently chased matters when needed and kept us fully informed every step of the way. What we particularly appreciated was how approachable Gina was. Whether by email or a quick phone call, she was always happy to explain the process, answer questions, and provide reassurance when things became frustrating. Her dedication, patience, and determination helped get the sale over the line, and we are incredibly thankful for her support. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gina to anyone looking for a solicitor who genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for their clients.Thank you again!
