      Gina was so quick and easy to deal with

      We have recently brought our first home together and have heard some horror stories when it comes to the whole process. Thankfully we had a really smooth process and completed within 4 months. Gina was a big reason for this which we appreciate so much! She was quick at responding to emails (sometimes within 10 minutes) and always picked up the phone to answer any urgent queries we had.       Brilliant advocate for his clients

      This was my first experience in engaging with a solicitor and Wesley was absolutely brilliant. He is super attentive, knowledgeable and kind. He helped us at every stage and managed to resolve our issue despite the challenges we were facing. Moreover, he showed great kindness to my mum who struggles with her health and mobility.       Change of solicitor during work papers moved from Ruislip my local office Took longer as new solicitor had to get up to date with files and seemed to be charged with some of this Will not recommend

      Dear Mr Simpson, I am sorry you feel you had to leave a Google review rather than raise this with me or the complaint’s partner prior to doing so. Unfortunately, one of our solicitors left which was outside of our control. The matter was transferred to our other office and any delay, albeit slight, was not within our control. We did finalise everything as quickly as possible and you were most certainly not charged anything extra. Your instruction was valued by the firm and I am sorry you were left feeling this way. This was not intended and could easily have resolved this with you had you raised it.
