Our solicitor took over our sale and purchase part way through, which was no easy task given the complexities around the sale of our new-build property, including a deed of variation and covenant issues. She was fantastic at getting everything back on track and seeing it through to completion. What we appreciated most about Gina was how proactive she was throughout. Change of solicitor during work papers moved from Ruislip my local office Took longer as new solicitor had to get up to date with files and seemed to be charged with some of this Will not recommend
Dear Mr Simpson, I am sorry you feel you had to leave a Google review rather than raise this with me or the complaint’s partner prior to doing so. Unfortunately, one of our solicitors left which was outside of our control. The matter was transferred to our other office and any delay, albeit slight, was not within our control. We did finalise everything as quickly as possible and you were most certainly not charged anything extra. Your instruction was valued by the firm and I am sorry you were left feeling this way. This was not intended and could easily have resolved this with you had you raised it.
After losing 2 solicitors to investigation these were my 3rd ones , Wendy was very good keeping me informed all the way and getting it done for mee after I'd had 2 bad cases of solicitors closing while I was in middle of purchasing a property and selling mine . We finally got it done quite quickly.
