We hit a few hiccups along the way to selling our property. Thanks to Allsop Durn LLP, particularly Aaron Browning we were kept informed all the way, and given sound advice in all areas making this awkward journey a lot easier and clear. We worked with Allsop Durn LLP after a long drawn out and failed process with a previous sale of our flat. We had bad experiences with the previous company and I told Aaron of this the first time we spoke, as I was wary of solicitors after my experience. An amazing team. Aaron and Carley dealt with our house purchase which became complicated because of a transfer of land. But we needn't have worried Aaron did an amazing job and promptly answered every (of the many) email queries i sent him. Carley also provided experienced advice which was appreciated. Also thanks to David Durn who was always available if needed. A house purchase is a massive investment for most of us. Take my advice and go to a professional team who you can trust will get it right for you.
