I am the principal of Handley Law and I qualified as a solicitor in 1998. I have a Masters degree and a diploma in Personal Injury Litigation. I obtained a PhD in 2006 from Manchester University. As Clinical Negligence Injury Solicitors we help any victim of clincial negligence by the NHS or private surgeons. We are proud of our Solicitors for Women campaign. We represent a large number of ladies affected by the TVT or TOT mesh for stress uninary incontinence or prolapse. We represented a large number of ladies in the PIP Breast Implant litgation. We act for ladies affectd by anal and rectal injuries following childbirth or surgery. We specialist in gynaecological issues such as prolapse, incontinence, infertility after D&C (Ashermans), Martius grafts, sexual dysfunction after surgery, unnecessary hysterectomy, vaginal pain, vaginal rejuvination injury, labial and vulval cosmetic surgery. We also help the elderly with claims following the lack of protection they are afforded in care or nursing homes. They have the right to be teated with respect and kindness. We deal with claims for pressure sores, dehydration and injury.
