    Clear, practical advice on the new employment law changes

    Nick ran a really useful session on the new employment legislation. As a retailer with around 50 staff across several sites, I needed to understand what's actually changing and what it means for us day to day, without wading through pages of legal jargon. Nick explained it all in plain English and kept it practical. The biggest takeaway for me was how much quicker and more organised we'll need to be in responding to the changes to stay compliant, and that's already got us thinking about how we prepare as a business. Approachable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.
