The mock tribunal training delivered by David and Simon was a brilliant experience both practical and engaging. It provided a realistic simulation of tribunal proceedings, allowing colleagues to understand how a tribunal works, decision-making, and legal reasoning skills. David and Simon were knowledgeable and offered constructive feedback throughout. The support from Ellie leading up to the training to ensure we were informed and had everything arranged for the day was fantastic. This training is great for anyone looking to build confidence and competence in tribunal settings. Highly recommended.

The second part of the session where employees were asked to do a mock grievance was really engaging and insightful. It allowed them to understand the consequences of their decisions and question the evidence they were provided with.
The first half of the session included too many real life examples whereby only a few were necessary to aid the discussion points. The aim of the session was to teach managers how to lead disciplinary and grievances and I felt like this was lost a little bit which impacted engagement.
