Simon provided a great training session for a number of managers on Performance management. It was great to let managers hear about the legalities and considerations that must to be thought about before taking action as this is often something that many assume is just HR being HR. Some questions asked were quite difficult but Simon handled them very well and always gave a clear response. He worked with us closely to ensure everything matched our policy and process even throughout the session. The session was light and refreshing which is always a nice change especially when discussing employment law topics.
