Simon represented us on claim made against our business. Simon supported us from the outset of the claim through to the tribunal hearing itself. Simon was incredibly professional always giving sound advice and appropriate counsel when needed. The claimant was challenging to work with but Simon and team worked to ensure we were always prepared and responded to the changes in case. Simon presented our case carefully and articulately. He presented thoughtful cross examination which proved the deciding factor in the case.
