The service & advice given by Sarm and his support Senior Partner Supervisor & Team was great!! Bond Turner assisted my family to make a successful Clinical Negligence claim against a mega size NHS Trust - a real "David & Goliath" scenario!! (The Trust denied ANY liability!!) My late mother died in her hospital bed after a 5 week stay "bed blocked" over a Christmas period - when she could have been sent home and may possibly be still with us today? This reflected a "woeful" systemic medical model - where all elderly patients were posted out across the general hospital wards ie as "bed n breakfast" guests - without the specialist elder care services needed? My mum developed a "pressure sore" - which nobody told us about and died of "Hospital acquired pneumonia" From a "NO Liability" initial position Bond Turner eventually professionally guided us through the many complicated steps of our claim against the Trust and they eventually accepted part of our complaints and paid out "damages with no admittance of Clinical Negligence!!" This took 2 years to achieve - largely due to giving the Trust many months of "time to investigate & respond!!" Sarm reassured us throughout we had a valid claim and would succeed eventually? He was extremely helpful , responsive , patient and courteous throughout and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and Bond Turner to my friends and family. John Place
