From the beginning, Shalini was incredibly supportive and reassuring. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the legal process, always ensuring that I felt informed and confident. Her communication was consistent and thoughtful whether by phone, email, and video conference, I always felt that I was being listened to and respected.
