I have never used a solicitor before and I was very wary of who I should use and if it would cost me a fortune. I have to say I was more than impressed from the service that I received from Rachel. It was a very sensitive issue and she showed empathy and support throughout keeping me fully informed every step of the journey. She showed no judgement and made me feel at ease throughout. Every time I contacted her it was never too much trouble to speak to me and show empathy.
