Outstanding help - Sharon Kang - Duncan Lewis Solicitors

I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon Kang's professional service during my divorce proceedings. As a mother of two children going through an incredibly difficult and traumatic divorce, I found myself overwhelmed and struggling to cope with the emotional and legal challenges ahead.

Sharon became not just my solicitor, but my beacon of hope during this dark period. Her compassion and understanding of my situation as a mother trying to protect and care for my children while navigating this painful process was invaluable.

She showed remarkable patience and empathy while helping me through some of the most stressful moments of my life - I honestly don't know how I would have managed without her support and guidance.

From our first meeting, Sharon demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and clear communication. She handled my case with great sensitivity while maintaining utmost professionalism. She responded promptly to all my queries over calls, texts, emails, and in person whenever I was worried and needed to reach her, or she needed me to get something done, in which case she provided sound legal advice and so much reassurance, guidance and help throughout the entire proceedings.

What stood out most was her dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for me and my children while ensuring I understood all my options properly and that I wasn't panicking or getting worried. She was really thorough in her approach, ensuring no detail or documents were overlooked, and in the end, I received the best outcome and peace of mind that I was looking for.

I highly recommend Sharon Kang at Duncan Lewis Solicitors to anyone seeking legal representation for divorce proceedings. Her combination of legal expertise and professional service made my really tough situation and this really long, challenging and daunting process, so much more easier, manageable and understandable, thank you Sharon so so much.

Fantastic solicitors who are on the ball

I could not have asked for a better solicitor to represent me for my hearing. Maria is sharp, on the ball and experienced. Majeja is excellent, the statements she prepared on my behalf were brilliant, Lewis is very respectful and intelligent. I would not choose any other firm to represent me in the future.

Worst law firm

Worst law firm. They know nothing of law, and lack professionalism. They will mess up your case on all critical points and will take no responsibility for it.

They are hostile, unable to handle any pressure from the other side, fail to present evidence to court even if you provide them with everything. A junior lawyer from another firm was able to bully them, which they used as an excuse for their failures. They failed to check court buddies from the other side for false evidence, did not always inform me of important updates on the court orders. They misrepresented the case in court, fail to protect their client’s interest and cannot negotiate to save their lives.

I was clear on my instruction from day one and on every stage, and they knew what they were getting into. They shouldn’t take the case if they couldn’t handle it.
I followed their advice on every step, anytime I raised concerns I was told if I don’t want to take their advice then they can’t help me, knowing well that it was impossible to get another law firm involved at those points and that I couldn’t afford it.
It felt like they used that knowingly to handle me and have their way.
It may be just a case for them and they can afford to experiment but it was my life that they played with. Their director agrees the case was not handled correctly. I lost over £150,000 due to their mistakes in my case. No apology or compensation has been given. They can’t even write off the final small outstanding bill.

I will be homeless for few months and have debt thanks to them and they still want more money.
Burn your money rather than hiring them. They will not fight for you, and the barrister they recommend are even worse.

FANTASTIC LITIGATION SOLICITOR

I approached DLS after several failed attempts at resolution with a client of mine. Right from the beginning Thomas was very direct and informative about what he required from me and what the procedure would look like over the coming weeks/months. I was clear about what I expected and Thomas did everything to ensure we got the result we were looking for. It was made easy for me to upload documents, to contact Thomas and to pickup the phone at any time to get advice. Thomas always replied to all my communications, sometimes when he was off work or out of hours. An absolute pleasure to work with and great sense of humour.

Asylum and immigration matter.

I would like to write about my experience with my last case worker she was representing me for my appeal process. I have had refusal from the home office but Miss Sarah she had great impact on my appeal and put a lot of effort to progress and achieve a very good result at the end throughout the appeal process. I would like to give my gratitude and excellency for her work because she was very patient and she encouraged me throughout the process of the appeal and day-to-day life.

Best solicitor

Hi, I am Rabin, an asylum seeker from Nepal. I was detained by the home office under home office laws for my immigration status. While I was detained in the detention centre, I got to contact Duncan Lewis solicitors, where I met Sarah as my representative for my unlawful claim.

Sarah was talented with a variety of legal knowledge, and she knew what she was doing. I am very thankful to her. She is very smart and good at communication. Gives you clear, honest, and sensible advice. She is a professional. Her professionalism helped me to succeed in my unlawful claim. Thank you, Sarah.

I will recommend any new clients without hesitation to get in touch if you have a similar case to mine.

Great experience and Neha is excellent!

My sisters and I applied for our citizenship this year with the help of Neha and she was phenomenal! She is super helpful, clear and patient and made sure we all had a clear understanding of every step. Her work is thorough and she was happy to accommodate for our busy schedules and support us with answering any of our questions very promptly and in great detail. Even at the free consultation stage she had given me all the information I needed, which is why I felt confident continuing the process with her and the OTB team. Needless to say, our applications were all successful with her help. Highly recommend the service and especially Neha. Thanks again Neha and all the best!
