I would like to use this opportunity to express my hearty gratitude to Krutika Bhagvat for her help and support at ensuring and procuring the extension of my right of abode in the UK. She was very calm, collected and organised as we prepared for the submission of my application to the Home Office.
Krutika made me feel relaxed, calm and hopeful ensuring me that she would do all possible within the legal framework to procure my extension in the UK. Whenever we communicated, she was very understanding, patient, considerate and empathetic towards my anxiety and concerns. She often made sure to dispel my fears, calm my nerves by broadening my knowledge and understanding about the process as well as assuring me of the options available to me should anything go wrong.
Krutika was very prompt, coherent and friendly in every correspondence and conversations we had while the application process was ongoing. She never responded to any of my communications late, always handy and available whenever I needed her. If she missed my calls, she would send an email right away to keep me updated and reschedule a phone call, time and date. I really didn’t have to chase her to communicate or wait to hear from her for long. She was always there and very friendly.
Krutika’s service was exceptionally outstanding and excellent, she delivered beyond my expectations and ensured I had values for my money. She exhibited that we were in this together, my fight, her fight; and that we would not fail. Krutika was not just invested in ensuring a successful application, she was full of virtues each time we communicated filling me with hopes and peace. Thank you Krutika, I truly can not thank you enough.
On the whole, Krutika was very professional with a high sense of legal acumen. Despite my perfectionist nature, I could not fault her expertise each time I scrutinised her letter of presentation, it was irrefutably written and woven with legal proofs and grounds that would inevitably leave the Home Office with no other options than to extend my leave to remain. I must submit that I am a very impossible person to please, but Krutika exceeded my expectations and allayed my fears and doubts all through the process even when I seemed to question her proficiency. She was extremely considerate by taking onboard most of my inputs and expectations.
