Thompsons Solicitors LLP

I was sent to Thompsons Solicitors from my union, Unite, after issues at work resulted in me being reported to the regulatory body for my profession. Throughout the process I mainly communicated with Grace, a paralegal (now trainee solicitor), with occasional calls/meetings with Harjinder, the solicitor in charge of my case. There was always a quick response from Grace or an alternative person I could contact if she was not available. They answered all my millions of questions and really supported me through the whole process. The barrister they instructed on my behalf was fantastic too and, between Thompsons helping me with all the paperwork and preparatory side of things and the barrister they instructed for me, the outcome came out in my favour. Thompsons were really supportive all the way through and I can’t thank them enough for all their help and support. The process was very drawn out due to issues with the other side of the case but Thompsons were really helpful and kept me informed on what I needed to do and when so that I was prepared.
