Susan Peters is amazing at what she does, my case was a hard and long process, however Susan was amazing at giving advice, keeping my updated on everything, had phone call conversations regarding my case and always had time to talk about any questions or concerns I have, she remained very professional and honest even if it wasn't the outcome I wanted to here. From the first enquiry phone call at the beginning of February 2023 we received first class service and advice at a time that can only be described as ‘Devastating’ a home visit was booked and our appointed solicitor came out and went through everything with us advising what could be done, as the case progressed we were informed of what was required and from whom, we had a number of home visits at every stage throughout the last year and given an appropriate time frame that things would progress, our solicitor was Katrina Rowan of the Nottingham Asbestos Team she was absolutely fantastic from the first visit she gave very detailed information on the next step, she took the time to ensure that we understood everything at each visit, with the home visits and emails it has made the last year much easier to handle, we can not thank Katrina enough for everything she has done for us to achieve a very positive result that was more than we thought was possible, Thank you Katrina

Neil Baines from Thompson solicitors helped my father through a very difficult period in his life before he passed away. I then carried on with Neil to finalise the minor details that was left by my father .
Neil advised me and helped me draw everything to a final conclusion . Neil was and is a very supportive person and was always available at anytime to guide me through anything that came my way.
Neil is a gentleman and i would have no hesitation to get help from Thompson solicitors in the future.
