The conveyancing team, Julie Milton and her assistant, Alice Atkinson, were professional but also kind and understanding throughout the whole process of selling my property. There was always someone at bright able to talk me through what was happening and responses to emails and update requests were immediate. I can't praise bright highly enough from the person who answered the phone on the 'switchboard', through whoever took a message were my 'team' not available (which was pretty much, never) and the person who called me to say we'd actually completed, to Julie and Alice. Thank you so much for your help through the failed first attempt at selling to the success on the second attempt.
