Used Bright Solicitors Plymouth for the sale of a family home and dealt exclusively with Adam Tozer and Lauren Pascoe. Well I couldn't recommend them enough. The service was exceptional and the costs of fees very competitive.
These are the only solicitors that I know of that, you can actually pick up a phone and speak to them! I have used them on two previous occasions which speaks for itself I think!
A very satisfied customer, highly recommended.

Bright were recommended to us through our estate agent & we have been so so grateful that Katie & Victoria have been our point of contact throughout. We started this process back in October with 1 fall through & now we have finally exchanged on our family home & moving tomorrow! I knew buying & selling was going to be stressful but a lot of other factors heightened these emotions through the process. Katie & Victoria the past 10 months have been the BEST go to contact, they would respond to our email within the same day without a doubt, any time I called the phone they would answer. We have consistently been filled with reassurance, kindness & support the whole process and do not know what we would have done with them both. Bright Solicitors provided our flat freehold management company with changes to its name and Articles of Association. The Articles needed to be brought up to date with Companies Act 2006 and reflect the leaseholders requirements for proxies and quoracy.
The work took a bit longer than expected with a change of solicitor but Sasha took over the reins and successfully got the changes all done through Companies House. She and Leila sorted out the Special Resolution and voting required with great email communication at all stages.

We started the process back last October selling and buying. Unfortunately our first house fell through early this year and then our most recent transaction proved to be very difficult (due to the other side solicitors!), Karen has been amazing throughout and her hard work and determination has got us our dream home! We really can't thank her and her team enough and would definitely recommend!

Compared to traditional conveyancing the way bright do it ( for a fixed price) is fantastic.
