Our Sale & purchase

Extremely professional and seams service
I would highly recommend Brights in Plymouth when moving home. Katy and Jemma were absolutely brilliant, fantastic service all round.

House Sale and Purchase
We used bright solicitors for our house sale and purchase. We cannot thank Katy O and Amy P enough for all their help and hard work. They were always just a phone call away and made the experience a lot less stressful than it could have been! Thank you!

Considerate and efficient service
Bright handled both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new house skilfully and efficiently. We felt they were also very good value for money.
As our first sale had previously fallen through they were extremely empathetic of our situation and this was reflected in their advice and costings.
We would especially like to mention and thank Adam Tozer and Millie Hollis who handled our sale, Katy Owen and Amy Pfeil who dealt with our purchase and Julie Milton for her advice.

Brilliant
Katy has been amazing throughout the whole process. She constantly offered support, would check in with us regularly and respond so quickly. We could not of been more grateful to have somebody so patient and kind guide us through buying our first home. She has been there to answer any questions whether it was to do with paperwork,the build itself or any issues that came up. I wouldn’t hestitate what so ever to use the company again. I recommend Brights to anybody!
