We cannot recommend Bright Solictors highly enough. Annabelle and her supporting team guided us efficiently and responsively through both our sale and purchase. Annabelle was extremely helpful, making sure we understood every stage of the process and taking the time to explain it often more than once if needed. We would 100% use them again.

Conscientious and caring management of sale/purchase
We had an extremely tight deadline ahead of Christmas to complete a sale and purchase. The hard work and tenacity from a number of the Brights team over an already busy period made it possible.

Another outstanding example of service by Brights.
We have just completed today after an interesting and slightly bumpy sale of our much loved family home. The process was bumpy due to the buyers and the only thing that made it painless was their service we both received from Annabelle O’Higgins and Connor Barclay.
The pair of them were utterly outstanding from the ‘get go’. Communication was regular, clear and all areas were explained perfectly. Their continued effort and shear determination to provide an excellent service was obvious throughout.
We both felt like we had someone ‘watching our backs’ throughout the whole process and for these we are utterly grateful.
Annabelle, Connor; you have both made our Christmas and we wish you both the very best for the future. Merry Christmas.

Conveyancing
A fantastic Service from start to finish and made the whole process very easy. All correspondence and request's were dealt with in a lightning quick fashion allowing the the whole procedure to go through quickly. This removed any form of stress and also saving time, which normally has some form of financial impact on a property purchase.
One part of the service which I found Especially good was in the communication aspect (when in this current time its become common for calls to be ducked or no replies to emails). The availability of a member of the bright team to always take my call or reply to a question first time was a great experience.
I must thank Annabelle, Connor and the rest of the team for a job well done

Highly recommend this brilliant team
We are first time buyers and both Annabelle and Connor were incredible throughout our home purchase - explaining every step of the process, keeping us updated throughout, answering all of our questions and being pivotal in helping us to secure the exchange and completion date we’d hoped for. Annabelle O'Higgins and Connor Barclay, in particular, are excellent.
We chose Bright Solicitors for our conveyancing as they are a local law firm and we'd heard positive things from friends. My wife and I would like to mention Annabelle O'Higgins, Connor Barclay and Victoria Witts, especially.
As a team , these guys were a pleasure to deal with.
Our Solicitor, Annabelle, proved to be an incredible advocate for us when things became sluggish in the chain: she liaised with us regularly and fielded our concerns all the way through. These concerns really increased, however, as time ran out and our mortgage offer was due to expire. This was a tough time for us, and Annabelle and Connor both demonstrated a high level of professional competence and the desire to help, which is just as crucial as far as we're concerned.

House purchase and sale
Annabelle was great,always going above and beyond..I was a very nervous client, Annabelle always took the time to explain everything even when I was close to giving up
I love my new home thank you Annabelle we got there in the end🙂
