Apartment Sale through Bright LLP
I would like to praise our conveyancing solicitor Julie Milton of Bright LLP, and her very good assistance Karen Andrews as well as other members of the Bright team, who were involved in the sale of our property. It was done professionally and efficiently, explaining as we went along what was required and the various fees that were involved. We were kept well informed and we had a successful sale.

Property purchase
I had the pleasure of dealing with Julie and Karen from Brights in respect of a recent residential property purchase. As I professional I understand what excellent client service looks like and I was not disappointed by the service provided by Brights. The transaction could not have run more smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for Julie and Karen. Communication can often be a problem for professionals but this was definitely not the case with Brights, I was kept informed at all times and knew exactly how things were going. I could not recommend Brights highly enough.

Consistently excellent
Have used Brights on 4 occasions dealing with property/conveyancing matters. Every time we have been kept up to date. I cannot rate Julie Milton and Karen highly enough. Extremely professional, competitively priced and matters expeditiously dealt with. My family have also dealt with Brights and our of the same opinion as ourselves. My estate agent also rates them highly as they too are kept up to date with how matters are progressing. Will definitely deal with Brights in the future with all legal matters.

Considerate and efficient service
Bright handled both the sale of our apartment and the purchase of our new house skilfully and efficiently. We felt they were also very good value for money.
As our first sale had previously fallen through they were extremely empathetic of our situation and this was reflected in their advice and costings.
We would especially like to mention and thank Adam Tozer and Millie Hollis who handled our sale, Katy Owen and Amy Pfeil who dealt with our purchase and Julie Milton for her advice.

Julie Milton and Karen Mayhew - Purchase and Sale

Efficient and helpful

An incredible team
My husband and I were extremely impressed with Bright LLP's attitude and thos to challenges that presented themselves along the way to exchange and completion. Julie Milton and her team are, in my opinion, an incredible team and did everything they could do to make at times a difficult situation better for us.
