I required a Charge on a property. First contact was with Alex Jeffery whom explained the process and broke it down for me. I was signposted to Julie Milton, she made the process clear and explained everything for me to understand clearly and professionally. Communication was great and contacting her with any question was never a problem and always got a swift reply either by herself or Chloe Amouroux. They delt with problems from the other parties and always kept me updated And not forgetting the front colleague's whom made you feel relaxed when you walked into the office Highly recommend Bright LLP outstanding service

I have recently used Brights for my sale and purchase and as a repeat user I continue to be delighted by their service. Julie Milton has always been a support when things have been challenging as well as a very efficient lawyer. Her assistant Chloe was also excellent in keeping things moving along. For me they are simply the only firm to use when you need to either sell or buy a property. I would add that for them location is certainly not a problem as I have used them for Devon properties and also for London properties, with similar efficiency unaffected by location.

My partner and I recently used Bright to purchase our first home, and would definitely use them again next time around! As a first time buyer, I felt like we were asking a lot of "silly questions", but whoever we spoke to at Bright was always happy to answer them as soon as possible. After exchange of contracts, third parties caused our completion to be delayed for two weeks (which was obviously very stressful for us) however the team at Bright (Deana, Victoria, Julie and Karen in particular) worked tirelessly (whilst calming our nerves) to get our purchase over the line. Would certainly recommend to others.
