Georgia is Head of our Commercial Property team. Having graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a LLB Law degree in 2010 and a LLM masters degree in Law in 2012, Georgia then went on to achieve a distinction on the LLM Legal Practice Course in 2018. Georgia specialises in all aspects of commercial property work, with experience acting for private individuals, businesses, banks, charities and developers on a wide range of legal matters including the acquisition, disposal and refinancing of freehold and leasehold commercial property. Georgia also has extensive experience in advising on commercial leases acting for Landlord or Tenant, commercial lending and acting for pension funds/SIPPs. Before joining Bright, Georgia worked in a large regional law firm in Northamptonshire.

    Excellent service and value for money

    What an awesome legal firm, my company uses Brights for all our legal needs. Most recently I had the pleasure of using the commercial team to support with a purchase of a commercial building. The purchase was fought with difficulties and complications, the entire team from Georgia Jones who heads up the Commercial Property section, through to Lindsey Davy, Jasmine Keeble and Morgan Gilbert were all excellent. What could have been a disaster and very costly to my company, the team pulled it all together and kept within the agreed and very competitive cost. Would have no hesitation in recommending Brights

    Friendly and Professional

    Having had little experience with any solicitors in the past we were unsure what to expect, however, within minutes of our initial conversation we were already at ease with Georgia. We sourced quotes from two other companies but Bright Solicitors were the best for value and communication so it was easy to choose them. Communication throughout the whole process was regular and efficient, we felt very much informed at every step of the way, we also felt that both Georgia and Matt were clear with their dialect and made sure we fully understood all the legal jargon! We would 100% recommend both Georgia and Matt to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.

    Very genuine

    Many thanks to Georgia who dealt with a purchase of a property and also a sale of a property for us. She was always extremely quick to reply to any questions we had and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. It was enormously refreshing to deal with a very genuine, friendly person who always had time to add that personal touch to phone calls and e mails.

    We had a really tricky purchase in the fact we only had a tiny timescale to complete. Bright Solicitors were fantastic and I could not recommend them enough.
