I had Claire O'Rourke as my representative in a Disrepair Claim against the council it as last over " 2 YEARS" which is astonishing but this due to the council trying everything possible to get out of the claim and do nothing .. but Claire and myself have worked together and her experience and belief in me even when the council tried to blame me for some issues ..Claire seen right through this and turned back on them .. she as worked tirelessly through this case and I would add even when out of work hours she was available if needed ..how many solicitors do that ? I had 2 other tenants near have Disrepair claims but they did NOT get the outcome I did .. getting the correct solicitor is vital and lucky for me I had Claire and if your looking for someone to represent you in a Disrepair Claim then Claire is the first you , professional , caring , dedicated.

It's been a very long battle with my horsing organisation who dragged this case out for well over 2 years. Through all of this Claire has been incredible, I know it's her job but I don't know how she puts up with such a shockingly bad housing organisation who has zero care for its Tennants. I also am so grateful she put up with me, my many tears, my mental health exacerbations, my falling apart time and time again. Huge respect to Claire as both a solicitor who's dab at what she does but also as a wonderful caring human being. My housing landlords are still being difficult but Claire hasn't completely disappeared which I am very grateful for. Thank you so much Claire for being amazing with the patience of a saint!
