When you don’t own your home and you are a tenant your nightmare is never ending when clarion happens to be your landlord so that is my situation I will be forever grateful for the time and patience that your department gave me and I can’t thank you all enough for helping me but the nightmare continues..

I havnt been able to contact the people who delt with my claim and when i do email for an update i get no reply the links that was sent to me i carnt open them which i emailed back to tell them i carnt open the links i still get no reply and i havnt recieved my compo so i can replace my stuff what was ruined through the leak

I can honestly say this Company are absolutely fantastic in their job.

Been so helpful and efficient, first class 🙌 been waiting 4years for my issues to be resolved with social housing , 11weeks with first legal and they are now recognising repairs need to be done and are starting to book me in , I recommend this company to anyone having problems with your housing repairs with social housing.
