I initially instructed Axis legal on the sale and purchase of a property, part way through the sale process I needed to pause the purchase of my new property and was under the impression I’d be able to re instruct when required. Upon re instruction they said they were “a small firm that have to manage workload and we are at the capacity at the moment and will not be able to assist” and wouldn’t be able to complete the purchase. This is disappointing as up until now they were a reliable firm.

Including these last 2 transactions (1 purchase and 1 sale) Axis has acted for me and my family 4 times in the last 12 months. The service was consistently good on all 4 transactions. The firm has a clear pricing structure and there were "no surprises". The advice was timely and clear and the people very friendly and approachable. I would have no hesitation in using them again and/or recommending them to others.

From the first contact with the team I knew I had picked the best, always on the ball with all my queries and questions, putting my mind at ease and so friendly and polite. I will certainly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you sooo very much.
