I am a Consultant at Kingsfords Solicitors, having previously been a Partner at a firm based in Bromley for many years and the Head of its Debt Department. (I have often appeared in the “Legal 500” directory, recognised as being a Debt specialist in the South East). I have many years of experience in collecting debts for all commerical sectors and for individuals - from commencement to enforcement. In adition I have implemented a national litigation program for the 5 largest manaufacturers of bakery products in the Uk. This has involed issuing over a 1000 court actions in relation to the unlawful misappropriation and conversion of their plastic break tray equipment , often necessitating securing restraining injunctions to deliver up stolen products and prevent 3rd parties from misappropriating further stock in the future.
