Kingsfords was founded in the mid 1880s by Julius Kingsford and the firm’s development since that time was initially linked to the growth of Ashford and East Kent, but now our clients are based nationally across England and Wales and beyond. Had an excellent service throughout ; only solicitor in Ashford I could find to do certified copies of a POA. Naturally came to chose Kingsfords to review mothers old will and trust - and update for new circumstances. The whole team always did what they said they would on time ; politely and with understanding - helping me to manage logistics between my elderly immobile mother in Ashford Kent and me- her daughter- in London. Communicated well on all channels- telephone/ email/ letter - accommodating my needs and my mothers. Elizabeth Isaac-Garner the Legal Exec in charge was brilliant at handling my Mothers queries and fears. What could have been a painful process for my mother and challenging for me, became easy- we felt in safe, competent hands accompanied with a smile and empathy - always highly professional. The care and courtesy that I consistently receive from the staff at the Hythe branch is exemplary. They are exceptionally careful about privacy, friendly and helpful and explain things thoroughly. My most recent encounter has been with regard to the updating of my will. The process was straightforward and hassle free and worth the (very fair) cost incurred. I feel safe and supported in my dealings with these people and trust them implicitly. I speak as a retired senior police officer and a serving local Methodist Church Minister.
