Fred's conveyancing knowledge and guidance proved invaluable and, upon his retirement in 1987, she inherited and expanded his caseload. In 2002 Celia joined another local firm specialising in volume conveyancing and completed 15 years in that role. Early in 2017 she was approached by Kingsfords and has recently returned to her conveyancing roots! Celia specialises in residential conveyancing and enjoys helping clients with the house move - making this as stress free as possible. She relishes the demands of a busy Conveyancing Department.

So helpful and communicative!
Celia was so helpful. She offered advice, support and useful recommendations throughout & made a complex house purchase less painful than it could have been. She answered emails really quickly and called us every time she had news, updates or questions. We will definitely recommend Kingsfords and Celia in particular!

Outstanding service
We recently used Kingsfords to purchase our first property and would highly recommend Celia Willcock and the team at Kingsfords. Celia was extremely efficient and we achieved completion within 3 months. Despite working at a fast pace, Celia still maintained an eye for detail and spotted errors made by the sellers solicitors and prevented delays with our purchase. Celia, Nicola and Pauline updated us on the progress at each step and we didn't have to chase for an update once. We cannot recommend this team enough for property purchase, they made the whole process very smooth and we're very pleased with the high standard of customer service we received.

sale of London Flat
Right from the start we were impressed with kingsford's staff and their approach. Celia Willcock dealt with the conveyancing for our sale. From start to finish she was unfailingly helpful, efficient and approachable too. She dealt with consultations and issues as they arose in a very clear and concise manner, whilst also giving good advice. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always kept up to date with progress and requirements as they arose. The strong secretarial support form Donna and Nicola ensured things flowed smoothly and they were always available; making contact and getting responses was never a problem. Everyone from the reception staff up were always friendly and efficient. With everything taken together it made the whole sale process seem very straightforward, which belied the work we knew was taking place in the background. At this point we would like to say - thank you very much - to Celia and the team for all their hard work.

Highly recommended
We moved to Kingsfords for the conveyancing of a property purchase after previously dealing with an arrogant male jobsworth in Ashford town centre.
Celia Willcock and team were highly efficient, friendly, supportive, communicative with an eye for detail.
Celia is a firecraker who works fast. Each email communication of note was followed with hard copies by first class post.
The whole usually stressful experience was made easier due to her and the team working our behalf.
Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!

Excellent customer service!
We recently sold our house using Kingsfords and would highly recommend Celia Willcock! Totally professional service throughout the process & really good to have the direct contact with either Celia or Donna whenever we needed information! At times our sale was a little challenging but Celia worked extremely hard to complete the sale to the date given! Correspondence from beginning to end was very good, first by email but always followed up by letter & as said before if we needed a phone call the direct contact was there too!

Purchase of land
We have used Kingsfords several times for the sale and purchase of property and land. Even now we have relocated to Devon we still used Kingsfords for the purchase. Celia Willcock and Donna were quick to answer emails and kept us informed on the progress of the sale. All went smoothly and we were very grateful for their efforts and professionalism.
All documents were emailed as well as hard copies posted which allowed for a quick turn around. I would recommend Kingsfords because of the hard work of Celia and Donna and will use again if needed.

Most professional
This is just to say how happy I was with the work that Celia Woolcock, Conveyancing Executive at Kingsfords, did on my behalf with regard to the sale of my Mother's property which was completed today. It goes without saying that the last eight months has been a difficult time for everyone, not least for me personally in terms of recently moving my Mother into a local nursing home - she celebrated her 100th birthday there in October - whilst acting as her LPA (also handled by Kingsfords). As my Mother is self-funding it was important, if not so say vital, that the sale went through without any hitches before Christmas so we could be sure she has sufficient funds in her account to cover her ongoing fees, which are not insubstantial. Therefore, I am most grateful to Celia for handling the sale in a most professional and above-all-else reassuring manner which helped reduce my own levels of stress! My Wife and I have dealt with Kingsfords for a number of years, including the drawing-up of wills for both ourselves and also my Mother, and I see no reason why this long-standing association should alter in any way.
