    My daughter

    I went to see if l could sue against my late daughters estate They were very sympathetic and listened to what I had to say and tried their very best even though I had no chance of winning were honest and up front and I would recommend them if l needed help in the future

    Professionalism and kindness is outstanding

    Dear Julie, I was made redundant in July and was advised by my company to speak with a solicitor about my redundancy settlement. Not only was I upset and worried about the situation, but also very scared and nervous about contacting a solicitor as this was all new to me. I contacted Kingsfords and spoke firstly to Jacqueline Chappell, who was very helpful and gave clear instructions on what I needed to send to her. Jacqueline immediately made me feel much better and told me that it would be Leigh Prebble-Benn who I would have my telephone appointment with. When I first read through my settlement agreement I didn't really understand what it all meant and so when Leigh took the time to read through it line by line to explain things in simpler terms, it wasn't so overwhelming. Leigh also gave clear instructions on what I needed to do next and everything was all done quickly. It was also very lovely to know that I could contact Leigh if I had any other concerns.
