my experience with using Patterson Law as my representation was a very professional and friendly service

I wanted to make an application to remove a disqualification early… I had a 3 year disqualification given to me. After 2 years life came to a stand still and I needed to get my licence back as early as possible… there are a lot of firms to choose from but Patterson came to my attention and I started researching and Pattersons reputation started to stand out.

From the start it was a refreshing and friendly experience, I explained my circumstances and why I needed my licence back earlier..

I dealt with Ashleigh who was fantastic from the start got all the relevant information and sent the application to the court straight away. We had a hearing date quickly. I had regular updates and if I had any questions from Ashleigh, which on most occasions I had none.. but it’s still feels good to know that there’s a personal touch.

My solicitor Nigel was impressive in court, everything I instructed him to explain in court was done with meticulous detail and raised my argument of why it was necessary for me have my licence back early…

I was successful in my appeal and I couldn’t be any more happier with the service I received from Patterson…

Ruby Morris led my case, which ended up being quite complex and drawn out across multiple courts: Magistrates court twice and Crown court. I found Ruby to be professional, highly experienced, diligent, and approachable. She provided clear and knowledgable legal advice at every step and prepared me for both court hearings. The first hearing was not the outcome we were expecting, which was disappointing, however, Ruby was quick to share the legal options and work with me to Appeal the outcome and prepare my case for crown court in which my extreme hardship Appeal hearing was successful and I was awarded compensation. The Barristers who represent you are highly prepped by Ruby and the team so they are familiar with your case and circumstances.

Whilst I find all legal fees on the high side I would say that Patterson Law are competitive and the flat fee helps, as my case lasted for the better part of 6 months! All the while communication was great, I received constant advice, updates, and the team, including Jessica Dolan a case worker, were proactive in chasing the courts and other parties to get the documentation and hearing dates needed to conclude my case successfully. I would definitely recommend Ruby if you have a driving offence hearing. Not only are they good at what they do but I found the team to be compassionate and honest throughout the whole process.

This service was excellent . It was completely free , not automated and I was called back by a solicitor the following day . The advice was so reassuring to my query , easily explained , patient and in terms anyone would be able to understand .
A fantastic service and I would certainly use it again and recommend to anyone .

I was facing quite serious charges and a 12 month driving ban after an incident at work, and the bad advice I was given by 2 duty solicitors only made the situation worse. After engaging Patterson, they managed to get my original guilty plea (due to the bad advice) overturned and the charges significantly reduced. Would gladly use again.
