Najib Khan acted for our small PLC to renegotiate a commercial leasehold .Very friendly service. Communication was good and rapid. Clear indication of costs and all promises kept. Even when things got protracted. Would definitely recommend.

After contacting several local and regional conveyancers/solicitors we settled on Salisbury Law for our residential property purchase due to good reviews on both Google Maps and on this site and could not be more satisfied with the result. We were given a very clear quote for the work at the start and very good advice when it came to SDLT and the process. Lucy (our conveyancer) and other staff at Salisbury are extremely professional and most importantly were always able to answer emails and communicate with us throughout the process. We wanted to get our purchase completed swiftly and Salisbury made it happen - chasing the sellers solicitors for answers until all outstanding items were complete.
