Selling our house in Hatfield.

Lucy Obanye provided the ideal legal service for a property conveyance, encouraging the buyer's solicitor when they were slow and explaining to us clearly what our duties were. Lucy at Salisbury Law acted for us for our residential sale and was absolutely fantastic! She was very informative and always kept us up to date with progress. Fantastic service

After contacting several local and regional conveyancers/solicitors we settled on Salisbury Law for our residential property purchase due to good reviews on both Google Maps and on this site and could not be more satisfied with the result. We were given a very clear quote for the work at the start and very good advice when it came to SDLT and the process. Lucy (our conveyancer) and other staff at Salisbury are extremely professional and most importantly were always able to answer emails and communicate with us throughout the process. We wanted to get our purchase completed swiftly and Salisbury made it happen - chasing the sellers solicitors for answers until all outstanding items were complete.

I was looking for a solicitor last year to extract myself from an extremely messy and complicated business partnership and came across Salisbury Law in Hatfield, Fiddlebridge Lane.
I meat Najib Khan in June 2023 who dealt with my case all throughout. I found Najib to be highly professional, friendly, reassuring, very knowledgable in his field and was extremely clear and concise. The communication with each stage was highly efficient and I was informed every step of the way. It was certainly an extremely stressful time for me, however the outcome of the whole case far exceeded my expectations and I was elated. Salisbury Law have a positive move forward ethical attitude and ultimately get brilliant results! I highly recommend this law firm and certainly will not be going anywhere in the future.
