previously worked with Salisbury Law in Hatfield about four years ago and was very satisfied with their service at that time. That positive experience led me to return to them for the sale and purchase of my new home. Unfortunately, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. I dealt mainly with Lucy and a few other team members, and the process was a complete nightmare. Communication was poor — it was very difficult to reach anyone, and Lucy was rarely available. When she did respond, she often assumed I understood complex legal terms and procedures, offering little to no explanation. Whenever issues arose, I was unfairly blamed, left confused, and had to search online for answers myself. As a result, our completion was delayed by an entire month. Overall, I’m very disappointed with how things were handled and sincerely hope I don’t have to deal with this firm again.
