I'm a first time buyer and all of this was new. I found Vincents online and drawn in by the positive reviews, when I called up Betsy was really friendly, helped me with getting a quote, answering all my questions. It was also the cheapest quote out of four other solicitors in Chorley and along with that I received first class service. I was assigned Neelam and from the beginning she was always there to help, clear communication and I felt that despite all my questions they weren't a burden to her. Eventhough I didn't end up going through with the purchase of the house (due to repair work costs from the survey being too much) Neelam made me feel at easy, under no pressure. She's very knowledgeable in her role, so I would highly recommend Vincents if you're a first time buyer!
