      A great professional experience right from the start. Answered every call and every email. A few bumps in the road with a buyer pulling out, and an issue on day of completion. But the level of experience and knowledge needed when things were going south is worth every penny. Both Kerry Rankine and Dave Lavery worked very hard to get everything done and across the line. If I was asked who to use by friends and family I wouldn’t hesitate to put their names forward.

      Straightforward advice that took a weight off my shoulders

      Sarah McCarthy at Vincents was kind enough to see me at very short notice, just before the Christmas holidays, after my Mum passed away. The situation was complex, as I found myself the sole executor of the estate while living in Australia. Sarah’s advice was always very clear and easy to understand. She and her team took a huge weight off my shoulders, managing probate and dealing with a number of banks, government agencies and suppliers on my behalf. The whole process would have been considerably more stressful without Sarah’s help. I strongly recommend her services.
