I received initial contact from Gemma which was via my own employers scheme and referal. From first point of contact all electronic correspondence were explained thoroughly and any queries from myself were responded to literally within a day or two. Whilst hampered by the full covid dramas of 2020 I was never under the impression that the case was not being dealt with in as timely fashion as possible.
