Hannah helped draft a Separation Agreement and eventually obtain a Consent Order in my favour in what eventually became a protracted and complicated case due to continual delays and obstacles presented by the other party. Victoria Upton has assisted us with executing our father’s estate by applying for grant of probate and helping us with setting up a trust. At every point she has been incredibly efficient, we felt she was looking out for our best interests and she was very pleasant to work with. ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience I approached FBC because I was going through an incredibly difficult situation involving my daughter and genuinely hoped they would provide professional help and support. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was charged what I felt was an excessive amount of money, and when my circumstances changed and I lost my job, I found their attitude towards me became unpleasant and unsympathetic. When someone is dealing with a family matter involving their child, they are already under enormous pressure. I expected understanding, clear communication and professional support, particularly after paying significant fees. Instead, I was left extremely disappointed with how I felt I was treated. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend FBC. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to carefully understand the fees, what work will actually be carried out and what support you will receive before agreeing to anything. I have kept the correspondence and records relating to my experience and am prepared to raise my concerns through the appropriate complaint channels. A very disappointing experience at a time when I needed professional support the most.
I’ve had a really positive experience with FBCMB. They were consistently supportive, understanding, and genuinely caring throughout a stressful period in my life. Their communication was calm, clear, and reassuring, and I always felt they were looking out for me. I’d happily recommend them to anyone who needs a compassionate and reliable solicitor.

I contacted a solicitor from fbcmb and they worked really hard on my case. I was really struggling emotionally but they kept me going. They achieved a small win for me and potentially future people who might not have to go through the distressing situation I went through with lack of appropriate medical care for my father. I'm very grateful they helped me.
