Our conveyancer Max was extremely helpful, as were the other members of staff we encountered. Our purchase went smoothly and completion was achieved faster than expected.

The first firm of solicitors who I feel are one step ahead of me, not ten behind! I used Beswicks some years ago for conveyancing transactions, the communication and advice was good then. Some years later I returned to the corporate law department for support with a business purchase and ongoing legal support. The communication at Beswicks is excellent and their ability to crossover multiple specialist sectors was vital for the transaction I was involved with. There's a lot of great people I have encountered at Beswicks but a special mention has to go out to David Morgan. During a hectic and stressful period, I felt I was David's only client and he was always available at the end of the phone. Following the transaction he was there to advise and assist with all aspects of the business and he has my utmost trust. Beswicks are not the cheapest and will not be for everyone. However for me, where I value speed, communication, quality of advice and trusting those operating in my interest, they are the perfect fit. Thank you Alistair Trippett Heywoods (1881) Estate Agents

Belinda Buckley communicated with us so that we were kept totally up to date and Nick Parson was expert in this purchase with no stress

Efficient and effective service, with good communication. Questions forwarded from buyers quickly for our response. Sale process occurred over Christmas which slowed things down, but solicitors pushed the process on in Jan. Relatively stress free experience.

XYZ Law acted on our behalf on a very on a very crucial commercial property purchase. The nerves were high in a very competitive bidding situation. We are indebted to the support provided by Anis and the team. We could not have got it over the line without them! For transactions small & large, they are big enough to cope & small enough to care. Highly Recommend!!

Outstanding service. Glenn was helpful, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and extremely prompt and efficient. I will definitely ask for Glenn to act for me again. I also received communications from Ian and his service was also first class. Thank you very much to Lovedays whom I would highly recommend
