Dundas were recommended to me by another firm who were fully booked at the time we needed them. Dundas were great and responsive at first, however as time went on we encountered issues. We were often not informed about updates unless we directly asked, it was almost impossible to speak to the right people on the phone (all via email) and there was confusion over our legal rights regarding some documents that we required. All this meant that we ended up doing a lot of the chasing ourselves and waiting on the phone for hours trying to speak to other companies about the documents we needed - this really is what you pay your solicitor to do.

Great law firm for property purchases, 5 star communication during the whole process as they kept me updated on everything and they were diligent with their checks regarding the purchase. They were also very quick as the purchase was completed in only 56 days would definitely recommend.

Dundas Law were amazing from the start to finish of our house buying process. They were extremely fast at communicating, replied to our emails almost immediately after we sent them & kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Kerry and her team dealt with the sale of a tenants in common property that had been sat in probate for a number of years. It was a complicated situation that was handled extremely professionally and sensitively. This situation caused significant amounts of stress and anxiety for me and I genuinely struggled with the process, but Dundas Law took the pressure off massively. They also allowed my partner to communicate on behalf of me when things felt too much. Extremely efficient with great communication throughout. I highly recommend and would use them again in the future.

We cannot recommend Dundas Law highly enough, especially Kerry, who acted as our solicitor throughout both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Kerry was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive from beginning to end. Buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences you can go through, but having Kerry by our side made the entire process feel so much more manageable. She guided us every step of the way, kept us informed throughout, and ensured that everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. What really stood out to us was just how responsive Kerry and her team were. In the past, we have used solicitors recommended by estate agents and found it incredibly difficult to get hold of them. Replies often took five days or more, and at times it felt as though we were doing much of the work ourselves. Our experience with Kerry could not have been more different. Every query was dealt with promptly, communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and reassured. We chose Kerry after hearing glowing recommendations from others and because she is local, and we are so pleased that we did. Her experience, expertise and personal approach made such a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming time. The saying that you get what you pay for is absolutely true.
