    Super conveyancing experience

    We had what turned out to be a fairly complex and drawn out house purchase. Zoe was fantastic in her attention to detail and ensuring that essential queries were sorted out to her satisfaction. This has undoubtedly saved us from some nasty surprises later down the road when we come to sell. Zoe was lovely to work with throughout and was always available to answer our queries and to chase the other parties side as needed.     Frances Dulla is a star conveyancer

    Frances was excellent throughout our purchase of a parcel of agricultural land. We sought her out for this particular type of expertise and she did not disappoint. She was knowledgeable throughout but more so, very pragmatic and commercial. She looked for ways to save costs and time whilst also delivering the legal result we needed. She was tireless in pursuing the (very slow) solicitors on the other side and kept up well informed and updated. The fixed fee did have to be increased in the end but we felt that was a fair reflection of the effort Frances applied on our behalf. She was responsive and helpful throughout. No hesitation in using her again or recommending her to others.

    Recent experience with Frances Dulla

    I spoke with Francis Dumber regarding an agricultural land transfer that also involved a deed of covenant for overage and a licence for access. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, the clear information she provided, and how polite and helpful she was throughout our conversation.
