Emma joined the Firm in 1995 as a Credit Controller and went on to obtain her Legal Cashier and Association of Accounting Technicians qualification. In 2007 Emma completed her Chartered Institute of Legal Executive qualification from Wolverhampton College. Emma joined the Debt Recovery Team within the Litigation Department in 1999 and was appointed Debt Recovery Manager in 2008. Emma has specialist knowledge in all areas of debt recovery including pre-action correspondence, County/High Court proceedings and enforcement of Judgment debts. Emma also assists the Litigation Department with small claims matters including enforcement via insolvency, undertaking all methods of other enforcement and assisting with fast and multi track claims.

FBC Great company to deal with
