Paul Crowley & Co were outstanding when we were selling our property and buying our new home. Matt and Annie worked at speed and were always available to talk us through the process and next steps. Their approach ensured we were fully informed at all times which alleviated the stress that can come with buying and selling properties. The week leading up to our completion there was a hiccup through no fault of the solicitors that would have caused a delay. After explaining this situation and the potential negative impacts this could have on us, our case was escalated to Jenna. Jenna and the team worked tirelessly to ensure that we were able to complete with no delays. This was above and beyond and I can not thank the whole team including the helpful reception team for all the work they did. The assistance in the sale of a property was effortless with the help of Matty and Annie. Both were so helpful and kept us informed throughout.
