I recently instructed Jenna Gall in relation to the purchase of my freehold, I’ve used Jenna and the conveyancing department in the past and they’ve always been nothing short of exceptional, on this occasion Jenna managed to negotiate a reduction in terms of one of the restrictive covenants despite the freeholder previously indicating they wouldn’t budge! Paul Crowley & Co were outstanding when we were selling our property and buying our new home. Matt and Annie worked at speed and were always available to talk us through the process and next steps. Their approach ensured we were fully informed at all times which alleviated the stress that can come with buying and selling properties. The week leading up to our completion there was a hiccup through no fault of the solicitors that would have caused a delay. After explaining this situation and the potential negative impacts this could have on us, our case was escalated to Jenna.
