Avoid at all costs
I used Signature Law as a first time buyer and the process couldn't have been more confusing and frustrating. What was supposed to be a 'straightforward' chain-free sale was made into a baffling experience all round. Sadid was terrible at keeping me informed, I had to chase several times to get any answers. He initiated certain enquiries around the lease without my ok and even when I said to leave it he continued to push the seller solicitors on them. He failed to explain the most basic legal jargon. Nothing was done on my sale for the first three months resulting in the sale taking 3 months longer than required. When I complained to Sital she either ignored me or incorrectly assumed it was now sorted. Sadid then initiated completion with my bank without confirmation from all parties on the date and without exchange, resulting in additional unnecessary stress for actual exchange date as we had to wait for the bank to re release the money. Sadid also made me think they hadn't received my deposit, and as such that it was lost, when actually he just didn't check with accounts first. Absolutely avoid this firm at all costs.
