PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!! Would not recommend Signature at all. I have used conveyancers previously, and Signature Law is absolutely terrible. Chat GPT did a better job at offering me legal advice than Signature Law. This firm did nothing properly and they sat on the sale, lacked progress, they reviewed a lease for a Share of Freehold which had some glaring most basic errors in it which they failed to bring to my attention. Chat GPT analysed the lease and was able to advise me and pointed out some really significant flaws and grey areas. However, Signature Law found nothing wrong with the lease. They didn't even go through the lease with me, just made their own standardised response, to show some work has been done. Even the seller was named as landlord and me as tenant. No mention of Flat A or Flat B. There was added service charge, sink fund. Only after me raising the concerns raised by Chat GPT, twice in two separate emails over a number of days, did Signature Law actually speak to me and then actually advised that the lease had too many flaws and that it was their legal advice that I should not go ahead with the sale. Not sure what I was paying for, however I lost £1,200 on survey fees and searches as a result of pulling out of sale the property, and this was two before completion. To top it off Signature Law charged me an abortive fee which I have found out they should not as I was covered by no move no fee policy and now they are not giving my money back. I have raised a complaint with Signature Law and will update the progress of this here. I will be raising a complaint with Solicitors Regulation Authority.

I cannot recommend Anthony highly enough. From the outset, he has consistently gone above and beyond, and I have felt incredibly well supported throughout what has been a very difficult and overwhelming process. My matter involves sensitive child proceedings, and Anthony has handled every aspect of the case with an exceptional amount of sensitivity, care and professionalism. His calm, thoughtful and thorough approach has given me a great deal of confidence and reassurance in the way my case is being handled. It is very clear that Anthony genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about ensuring that matters are handled properly and carefully. Given the sensitive nature of child proceedings, having someone who approaches the case with this level of care has meant a great deal to me. I am extremely grateful for everything Anthony has done so far. He has already made an incredibly difficult process feel far more manageable, and I wholeheartedly look forward to continuing to work with him as my case progresses.

Anthony has been absolutely incredible throughout what has been a very stressful and uncertain time for us. Within a couple of weeks of receiving an emergency NMO extension, we received the amazing news today that the extension had been granted for much longer than we had expected. We genuinely could not have achieved this result without Anthony. All was going really well until i had a second hearing. The call started at 11.10 and the call finished at 11.40. My solictor did not show up until 11.32. I felt humiliated in front of a judge and my ex partner with his representation as I was there on my own waiting for them to show up. When my solictor finally came on the call after 11.30, the judge asked my solictor a question which they could not answer. The judge ruled in favour of my ex partner. I'm more upset about the lack of fairness involved in the ruling and the humiliation of sitting in the call on my own.

i would highly recommend Sadid, who handled the sale of my property. He was professional, helpful and supportive throughout, making what can be a stressful process much easier. I really appreciated his hard work and care in seeing the sale through. Thank you, Sadid, for all your help—I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to family and friends.
