Absolutely excellent. We were recommended Clarke and Son by a friend and are so grateful for it. We didn't have the simplest process in purchasing, for external reasons, but Simon was excellent, fast to respond and polite form start to end. We have a few other matters to wrap up, Becky is also being brilliant dealing with these. Can highly recommend!

I was so lucky I came across Mr Simon Pook at Clarke and Son as he was so different to my previous solicitor. Mr Pook is very tune to the need of a client and extremely helpful as well as patient in clarifying any queries. He is incredibly efficient, conscientious professional and one of rare kind of solicitors with ‘where-is-the-will-there-is-the way’ approach. Mr Pook manages his clients’ expectation well, but if there is any slim chance to do something even more efficiently, he will let you know. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Pook. I am extremely grateful for all the help and determination as he managed to complete the sale of my flat and then help me with buying house. The whole process took less than 7 months and this included time which we needed to find a new home. This was very impressive.
I need to add Mr Pook has an extremely diligent team supporting him as well as the client (Thank you Miss Amy S).

Fourth excellent experience in a row
I have previously used Clarke & Son to repay a government help to buy loan against a property, to buy a property, to perform a lease extension of a property, and most recently to sell a property.
Each of these experiences has been excellent. Instantaneous responses to questions, everybody I have dealt with is professional, kind, courteous. Honestly could not praise Simon and his colleagues highly enough. Highly recommanded.

House Conveyancing
This house move was the most difficult that we have ever undertaken but thanks to Simon and his team it was completed successfully. They kept us informed all the way and were always on hand to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed.

New Build Purchase
We were moving from Scotland to a new build property in Hampshire. Simon and his team were very professional -answering all our queries in a timely manner either by email or phone. We completed as scheduled a day after we completed our sale in Scotland. I would recommend Clarke and Son unreservedly.

Excellent service
My daughter was a first time buyer and the purchase of the flat was not an easy one. Simon Pook was amazing throughout the journey. Simon responded to emails very quickly and always kept us informed.
